Catlin hosts a successful ‘Party By the Sea’

From September 13-16, Catlin Canada attended the 35th annual RIMS Canada Conference, held in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Catlin staff from Toronto, Calgary and the UK attended sessions, met with brokers and clients and hosted a successful event.

Catlin Canada’s annual CRIMS cocktail party was held at the Martini Bar on the renowned George Street. This years’ “Party By the Sea” featured mermaids, martinis and a great east coast band. Our event was attended by over 200 brokers, clients, and vendor partners and lasted well into the night.

Catlin’s booth at the St. John’s Convention Centre was also very well received. Along with our general marketing information, visitors were able see an authentic Catlin Arctic Survey snowsuit accompanied by a map showing the team’s path to the North Pole.

We look forward to the 2010 conference which will take place in Edmonton, Alberta.

The RIMS Canada Conference is the second largest annual risk management conference in the world. Held annually in the fall and hosted in rotation by the ten Canadian RIMS Chapters, the conference and its Exhibit Hall attract over 1,000 risk managers and the vendor community from all across Canada and around the world.
